Where Do You Deliver?
We are only able to deliver to South African addresses, and no orders outside of the country will be processed.

How Much Do You Charge for Delivery?
We charge a flat rate of R95,00 (ZAR) for all deliveries to main centres, and this includes a nominal charge
covering handling and packaging. This price is already worked in when you check out online so that you won’t
need to pay any unexpected fees. Deliveries for products amounting to over R350,00 (ZAR) are free.
Some parts of South Africa, however, have seen a rise in delivery costs. Unfortunately, we have had to increase
our delivery prices to these areas to accommodate these regional fee hikes. We do apologise to our valued
customers for this.
How Long Before My Delivery Arrives?
We process our orders between Monday and Friday, within two working days of receipt of your purchase.
Thereafter, a trusted courier will deliver your product anywhere from two to five working days. We do ask that
customers allow for extra delivery time during busy seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, or running
What Happens if I Am Not Available During Delivery?
Should nobody be available to accept your parcel, our couriers will try to contact you telephonically before
returning the package to the distributor, Fountain Medical. Here, an agent will be in touch to arrange a more
convenient time for delivery or collection, but please note that an additional delivery fee may be charged.
What Should I Know About Returns?
Should you have an issue with any of your ordered items, please feel free to contact our customer service at
+27(0)11 794 9060 or email email@example.com, and remember to include your order number. Our customer
services are open on weekdays from 09:00 to 16:00.
While we aim to resolve any queries and issues telephonically, we are happy to receive your product back in
exchange for a return or refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase and must
unopened and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of products that have already been
used, unless if the item itself is faulty.
